At Talent Specialists Consulting, we believe:
Leadership can be developed and it starts with self-awareness and a willingness to continuously learn and improve. Understanding how we are wired helps us understand our own actions and motivations, then moving to understanding how others are motivated will make us better leaders. At the foundation it is about breaking old habits and building new ones.
Change is constant and it is critical that people and organizations are agile to adapt to the changes effectively. The best new product, technology or process can easily be derailed if the people in the organization don’t understand or embrace the change. Understanding and effectively managing the people side of change along side the project plan is critical to effective implementation and adoption so organizations can realize the full benefits of the change.
Designing organizations that support the business strategy is a key element to success - ensuring that the structure, processes, people and rewards are aligned helps to achieve the strategy in place. Strategies change and organizations need to change and adapt.
I am Jill Windelspecht, President of Talent Specialists Consulting, and I have a passion for helping leaders and organizations grow and reach their full potential. With extensive leadership experience and proven results working inside multiple Fortune 100 global and regional organizations, I understand the challenges businesses face today. I work with mid to senior level executives and business owners to reach their potential and help create organizational climates that lead to lifelong prosperity. I help executives develop their leadership and communication skills so that they can build a strong, cohesive team and break through any barriers holding themselves and their team back....and not have to burn themselves out by doing so!
I partner with small to medium size organizations and help them refine and align their strategy, execute change, build strong teams, and implement targeted leadership development programs. Translating theory into practical talent strategies, identifying themes and trends from data analysis, communicating results, and influencing decisions at the highest level.
What Makes Me Different: Partnering with you I bring over 20 years of experience successfully leading organization effectiveness strategies and coaching executives in 15 countries at Fortune 100 organizations. My approach is a blend of neuroscience, emotional intelligence, six sigma and gestalt that allows me to bring practical solutions to complex problems using data and behavioral science.
I have personally designed, developed and implemented successful leadership and organizational strategies, working directly with senior executives. Successfully coached global executives and high potentials for over 15 years and helped with onboarding, building effective teams, career growth and leadership transitions.
Translating theory into practice - A passion for learning and demonstrated ability to take theories and put them into practical application in organizations. Not every theory works, and I do not have a one-size-fits-all mindset, the value is in knowing what will work for you.
